About Us

Bart Edwards has been in the home design business since 1976, providing remodeling, home design and tenant improvement plans for Northern California. As a high school student in Lake County, he began designing homes for his Uncle Forrest, a local contractor. At times he longs for the days before building codes became so complex. However, he realizes through the utilization of new technology and trends he has been able to design homes that have increased both energy efficiency and client safety.
